Project Scope

CERA Solutions provides integrated construction inspection and environmental services to support MPLX’s natural gas gathering, processing, and pipeline operations. Our team oversees pipeline, compressor station, and facility construction, including welding inspection (CWI), NDE/AUT support, QA/QC monitoring, safety compliance, and field coordination. We also provide environmental oversight for methane reduction initiatives, low-emission equipment verification, air quality monitoring, flaring reduction. (Pre-Safety Permitting & SWPPP) CERA’s services ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality construction while supporting MPLX in achieving operational efficiency and measurable environmental improvements.

CERA Solutions was honored to receive the 2025 Eagle Ford Excellence Award for Environmental Stewardship from STEER and TXOGA, recognizing our work to reduce methane emissions on this project.

 

Project Scope:  

As the largest natural gas processor in the United States, MPLX facilitates over 390 M tons of CO₂e reductions per yr from coal to gas switching. We are equally focused on reductions throughout our own operations.
