CERA provided Phase I & II Engineering Services along Meacham Road from California St. to Scarboro Rd., including reconstruction of the bridge over West Branch Salt Creek, and roadway & median reconstruction.  Phase I services included traffic studies, construction staging concepts, drainage studies, and stakeholder coordination assistance.  Phase II services included design and development of construction plans, quantities, and estimates for maintenance of traffic, drainage, signing, and pavement marking, and utility conflict review.
